Returns Policy

Changing your mind
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. If you cancel, please send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us. To cancel, email info@sloeandhurst.co.uk with your order number.

Condition of returns
If you’ve changed your mind, please return items unused, unlit and in their original packaging. If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what’s needed to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. This doesn’t apply to faulty items, which are covered below.

Return postage
You’re responsible for the cost of returning goods if you’ve changed your mind. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. Please send returns to [TBC].

Refunds
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used to pay (PayPal or card). We’ll refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@sloeandhurst.co.uk with your order number and a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 3 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged, as this helps us deal with it quickly. We’ll cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items and refund or replace promptly.
